Template Settings
To change your template display settings, from the Dashboard, select Shop > Shop Editor > General Settings. From here you can adjust a range of items on your online shop to refine and modify as you want.
For example, you can update how your Pricing is displayed on your Shop. Select “Prices.”
RRP & VAT/Tax Display
Removing the RRP (if you have them added) as well as the VAT/Tax on a product may seem like a small concern but it can quickly minimize product pages and product lists.
Some people may need to show the VAT/Tax for trade or export purposes, you may also want to show the RRP if your products are consistently below the Manufacturer's Recommended Retail Price.
Product Reviews
Product reviews are great Social Proof to help customers decide which product, and from which company, they wish to buy from. Having reviews from genuine customers on your shop is a super simple way to reassure your customers that you can be trusted and your product is worth their hard earned cash. However, if you don't want product reviews to show up on the shop front you can completely turn them off. Or, you can just hide the review 'stars' for products that don't have reviews on them yet.
Badges
In the separate Badge sections, you can add 'New' Badges for recently added products. You can also change the style of 'On Sale' badges and Standard badges (which are entered at the bottom of the Product Edit screen).
Display and Contact Forms
Display options allow you to edit the Layout and Title Style for Info Pages and Info blocks.
Field Size/Input Size relates to any customer text fields and can be Small, Medium, or Large. Global Border Radius can also be turned off (note it's on by default).
Contact Form options allow you to change the Contact form title and subtitle.
Quick Search
These options change whether the SKU and Product Description show up on Site Searches. Note that regardless of whether these are shown or hidden a customer can still search by SKU or by using words within the Product Description.
Age Check
This option sets up an age verification popup compliance tool to restrict underage visitors from accessing your shop. For more details on how to use this tool, please see our guide here.
Custom CSS
Sometimes you may need to add some small Custom CSS to your site. Rather than doing this in the HTML/CSS/JS you can quickly and easily add small Custom CSS code snippets to the box shown. Ensure that you press Save under Template Settings once you have closed the modal window.
