If you are planning to migrate your webshop customers data to the platform, below is a step-by-step guide on how this can be done.
From your Stor Account Dashboard go to Customers, then click on Registered.
Under the Registered Customers tab in the right column, click Import.
Once you have pressed Import, download our sample import template and get ready to copy your customers' data to our sample import CSV file.
Note - it is important to stick by our sample import template format for the file upload to be successful. The customer addresses will need to be added in as the import template sheet shows - below the rest of the details.
After you have entered your customers' information, click Choose a file, press open once you have selected your file, and finally click on Upload Customer Data. After your import is complete, we'll send a confirmation email.
Note: You can only import CSV files to the platform so please ensure all data that will be transferred is on a CSV file.
