A FAQ page is useful page to have on your shopfront as it will help save you time answering commonly asked questions.
Creating a FAQ Page:
To add a FAQ page, log into your Shop Admin and select Info Pages.
Select add new page and edit.
Select the drop-down menu and change from Disable, make sure your page is Enabled.
Add a page title and to make your life easier, we also offer FAQ templates.
Displaying FAQ Page on Shop Front:
To display the FAQ on your homepage:
Navigate to Sales Channels > Shops > Nav Menus.
In the 'Main Menu' navigation menu, add a new menu item (FAQ).
Press 'Edit' on your screen:
Give your page a title and link your FAQ page to your shop front.
To link your FAQ page:
Select the 'Page' button at the bottom.
Type 'FAQ' in the search box.
Select FAQ when it appears and hit save.
To remove the FAQ page from your homepage without fully deleting it:
Disable the page in 'Info Pages'.
Or disable the FAQ menu item in your Nav Menu section.
