How to Add a 'Contact Us' Form and Page to Your Shop

It is important for your customers to contact you with ease and readily available for your customers to provide the necessary feedback.

A 'Contact Us' page is essential for any eCommerce shop as it enhances customer trust and satisfaction. It provides a direct line for customers to reach out with questions, concerns, or feedback, improving their overall shopping experience.

To insert a contact form on your contact page, head over to your Info Pages in your shop admin.

  • Select to create a new page, if the Contact Us is not already listed in the list of Web/Information Pages. If the Contact Us page is already listed, then select the Edit button.

  • Next, you will be able to add a contact form to display, press the paper airplane symbol for the code to appear in the text box. Do not try to edit this code as it will affect the contact form. Hit save and the form will appear on your Contact Us page.

For your Contact Us page to display on your homepage, you will need to get the page added to your navigation menu.

  • Select edit your Main Menu and 'Add Menu Item'. You can name this page anything; 'Contact us' or 'Get in touch'.

  • To link your Contact Us page to your homepage:

    • Select the page option and search for your Contact Us page.

    • Select the correct page when it appears as an option and hit save.
