Sometimes you may need to edit or remove the email address shown on your shop and possibly even your physical address. Below are the steps to make these quick updates to your shop.
When you're logged into your Shop's Admin, Select Settings then Click General.
Address Change
Scroll to the "Address" panel to change or remove your physical address. These changes are immediately reflected on your website. Once completed, click Save.
Please Note-If your Registered Business Address is the same as your Physical address leave blank. However, if the Registered Business Address is different (and this field is completed) then this will be reflected on your shop footer and invoices.
Email Address Remove/Update
There are two options to adjust the email address shown on your shop. If there is an existing email address listed then you can remove/update the email address from the "Customer Support Email" field and click Save.
It's worth noting the different Email usage as shown below:
The Customer Support Email is public and located on your website; it serves as a way for your customer to communicate with you directly.
The Customer Communication/Transactional Email is used as your "Sent from" email address for Order confirmations, Order Updates, etc.
