How to Manage orders, Add/Delete, Update Payment Transaction, Customer Information/Shipping and Deleting Orders

Select Orders from the Admin View

  • Select All and the click the specific order you wish to add/delete a product.

Add/Delete Product

Note when adding/deleting products, the cart Total Amount will adjust accordingly.

  • Click Add Product, next you will type in the search box for the item you would like to add.

  • Delete: Select a product you want to remove and click the Red X and the Sub-Total/Total will automatically update.

Order Actions

  • Select the order and select the option to "Mark As Paid" or click the drop-down menu and select order action.

Payment Transactions

  • Create a payment option for the order and create the new method of payment.

Updating Customer Information/Shipping Address/Shipping Method

  • On the right side of the panel, you will click Change and make any changes you need for the customer's information, Shipping Address, Shipping Method.

Adding Comments/Notes; Shipping (Fulfilment)

  • Adding notes/comments to a customer's order

Deleting An Order

  • Scroll to the bottom of the order and select delete. The entire order will be deleted for the customer.
