Where Can I Add Tracking Information To An Order?
Login in to your Shop's Admin Area, then head to Orders.
Find the relevant Order from the list and click Edit
Scroll down to the Shipping/Fulfilment Panel
Select the Carrier (if applicable) for your own information
Enter the Tracking Number
Click "Save Tracking ID"
Change the Status to Dispatched
Informing Your Customer
Click the Compose Notification Email button
Add and Optional information in the free text area.
Hit the Green "Notify Customer" button to send the email.
