Custom Messages
Go to Settings > Cart/Payment and scroll down to "Checkout Settings" to allow customers to enter extra details to an order at checkout.
First, you’ll need to choose a “Custom Input Title” (for instance Card Message),
Select either “Text Area” or “Text Field“ - make sure that you tick “Enabled“ to show this field on your Shop front.
This feature can be used for adding personalised messages on products for example.

Steps to Enable Abandoned Cart Emails
In the Abandoned cart section you can notify customers that left products in their shopping basket, but didn’t complete their order.
To make sure abandoned cart emails are sent out, tick the Automatically send an abandoned checkout email box and choose when the system should send the email out.
