Common Shipping Issues
My customers are seeing this error:
"Sorry, looks like shipping isn't available for your selected region. Please get in touch, so we can process your order."
General Issues:
The Customer's country/region is not included within a Shipping Zone for example Guernsey postcodes.
Weight-Based Shipping:
You have not added Weights to a product.
Cart Price Based Shipping:
The Minimum/Maximum Cart Prices are not set or are too high/low for the customer's order.
Category Based Shipping:
The product(s) is listed under an incorrect or different category.
The Minimum/Maximum Cart Prices are not set or are too high/low for the customer's order.
Same Day Delivery:
No times have been added within the "Available Times" panel.
You have added the order _day_ as a 'Blackout' day or date Pick up/Collect:
No Address set within Settings>General
To aid conversions you can add your contact details in Settings> General under the Customer Contact panel.
