Facebook Pixel
Facebook themselves explain it the best:
"When someone visits your website and takes an action (for example, buying something), the Facebook pixel is triggered and reports this action."
The Pixel can also be used to remarket to your visitors, people who visited your site but did not end up purchasing anything. You know the random adverts on Facebook of those amazing shoes you checked out earlier in the day, that is remarketing.
In order to keep your life as simple as possible, we've made it easy to add your Pixel code to your shop.
Adding Your Pixel
If you head over to your Shop's admin area, then go to Settings > SEO/Tracking you will be able to add in your Pixel code under the 'Tracking/Conversion Services' panel.
It's simply a case of copy your Pixel code in to the relevant box and hitting Save. We'll then automatically add this to your site ready for when your remarketing campaign goes live.
