The Shop Editor allows you the ease of customizing your products page just as you envisioned. The ability to change the text font size, display the sku/stock code, add the prices and effects. 

Click Shop, then select Shop Editor.

From the top bar, click the drop down menu and select Search Results.

Open up the Content Blocks section and select Add Block. 

Select the Search Result Product block that is suggested in the left hand menu.

Next, the Product block will appear on the left panel and click the Products tab.

You have the option to update Settings of the info you want displayed like Price, SKU/Stock Code/Short Description, or even change the Text Font Size/Details, etc.

Once the changes are complete, click update/save and your changes will reflect immediately.

Also, be sure to click Publish Live so that your changes will reflect on your online shop
