If you are looking to send out emails or campaigns to your customer list / subscribers, speak to your Customer Success Manager or email us at [email protected].

  • Once we have set you up on Stor Broadcast as one of our clients, you will receive an email inviting you to join.

  • Add in your name, email and a new password.

  • Once you are logged in, you can start creating campaigns.

Connecting your Stor account to Stor Broadcast

  • Once you have set up your account with Stor Broadcast, please get in touch with the support team and they will help connect your accounts.

Importing Customers from Stor

  • Log in to your Stor dashboard.

  • Navigate to ‘Customers’ and then ‘Registered’.

  • Click on ‘Export’ to receive your customer data via email.

  • Log in to your Stor Broadcast dashboard.

  • Select ‘Create a list’ and name your list.

  • Choose ‘Upload a file’ to upload your subscriber data.

  • Verify that all the information is correct.

  • Import the list.

Creating your First Campaign

  • Return to your Stor Broadcast overview and select ‘Create a Campaign.’

  • Then you will be able to name your campaign so you can keep track of previous campaigns (for example: ‘Summer Sale’).

If it is your first time using Stor Broadcast, we will ask if you would like a quick tour of the features. We would recommend accepting the offer to familiarise yourself with the platform.

  • Add a subject (this is what your subscribers will see), a sender (your business email) and select who it is for. If you have already imported your subscribers, you can select ‘Select Recipients’.

  • Press on ‘Design Email’ to start designing your email.

  • Stor Broadcast has a variety of templates that you can edit to fit your brand.

  • Once you are happy with your design and email, we recommend sending a test to your own email to make sure all links are working correctly and that it looks good.

  • Press Save & Next and make sure the subject, sender and recipients are all correct. Then you can go ahead and send!

If you have any queries about this feel free to get in touch with our Support team on Live Chat or via email.
