Viewing the current plan
To view your current plan:
Go to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click Settings > Billing.
The Subscription Details box displays the current plan and monthly cost. The next box shows the current payment method.
Changing your plan
To view your account or to upgrade to another plan please go to Settings > Plan > Subscription Plans.
Click “Downgrade, Subscribe, Upgrade” on the applicable “Subscription Plan” where you will see the associated monthly cost. The description of each subscription is outlined before selecting the preferred plan.
Please note: if a subscription is downgraded in the middle of a billing cycle the existing features will remain until the end of the billing cycle. When upgrading your subscription, the features will be available immediately and proration will not occur on the monthly subscription cost.
Updating the payment method / card details
To add a payment method (Visa or Mastercard) or update the current one:
Click the Add or update card details button.
Enter card details and click Submit.
If you're logged in to your shop's admin, simply click here to go to the billing section. If you are having issues setting up your payment plan, we would recommend trying a different card. If you are still having issues, please contact support.
Opening invoices
You can access and view subscription invoices on the same page. Go to the Invoices box and click a link.
BTW Stor emails you an invoice every 30 days when payment is due for information purposes. The payment is taken automatically from your nominated card, so there's nothing to do on your side.
